Tasting Notes

This barrel aged gin stars locally abundant​,​ foraged botanicals from Melbourne’s fringe suburbs​,​ gently aged in a combination of Spanish Sherry casks and Aussie Apera barrels. Imbue's Suburban gins' spice notes are transformed thanks to aging in Oak Sherry barrels​,​ into the toastiness of gently sweet nutty granola. The dry piney finish really highlights the juniper base spirit and makes a nip a wonderful accompaniment to a cheese board. Enjoy in an old-fashioned​,​ or neat with a cheese platter!
