Drop Off / Collection booking period
Drop Off - Please allow 1 business day prior to dropping off stock at the warehouse.
Collection - Please allow 2 Business Days to book a collection from your premises or storage location.
*Malcove require suppliers full address details and a valid mobile number to book a collection. The cost/quote for collection can be provided once the pickup address and pallet dimensions / weight are confirmed.
Product Transportation Requirements
The supplier is responsible for ensuring all items and products are packaged ready for transportation and handling, this includes any packing material, bubble wrap and additional inserts inside the boxes to avoid breakages and damage during transit and handling.
Malcove can assist with this service for an additional fee.
General requirements
For all deliveries and collections, Malcove require a packing list of all SKU / products, including all quantities prior to collection / drop off. If a supplier collection is required, please confirm all sku quantities, pallet / carton dimensions and approx. weight.
*Please clearly advise forklift availability to load or tailgate truck is required.
Malcove will verify and update all products within the Malcove system within 24 hours of receipt of goods. All physical quantities of all products within the warehouse must match all digital quantities within your Drop Loop profile product pages.
Malcove can arrange the printed packaging for supplier brands, re-pack the products, and manage special project or promotional activities if required.
A separate quote can be confirmed when required for this additional service.
