Steeped at a low temperature to extract the perfect amount of bitterness​,​ grassiness and herbaceousness​,​ balanced with a little lemon juice and lightly carbonated. Inspired by how maté is enjoyed in Paraguay - Ice cold and flavoured with fruits and herbs.
