Tasting Notes
Locally grown Damson plums have been hand-picked by the Imbue team around Melbourne and then steeped in dry gin for 6 months. We've added only a tiny amount of sugar to balance the astringency of the fruit but keep their characteristic tart flavour. Enjoy neat (or over ice), preferably whist snuggled up in front of an open fire...also good with bitter lemon tonic or in a classic Charlie Chaplin cocktail (substitute for the traditional sloe gin!)
