At one stage I had two wines​,​ at another​,​ three! But ultimately​,​ I decided on this single release. An uncategorisable blend inspired by the happiness of the flesh. The essence: This wine taught me that Australian wine doesn’t need to look like wine from other places. It speaks in it’s own way.
