Tasting Notes
Details: Willoughby Bridge Greco The story: This grape is fantastic and I see a huge future for it in Australia. In this example we are chasing a wine that has a distinct minerality but also generousity. Greco is one of the few grapes that can do that. The essence: This wine is an orange wine, but it still remains delicate and driven with beautiful florals and a salt lick of minerality. I suppose this wine is deliberately dislocating. It is so unexpected.
