Style: This is a unique wine from a special site​,​ that can only be created in certain years. 50% fruit that is dried on the vine after the cordon is cut and 50% fruit that stays connected. What follows is a wine that is deep and complex​,​ driven by bright spice and alpine herbs but with deep brooding characters of freshly ground coffee​,​ dark chocolate and medjool dates. This wine is aromatically powerful and mouth filling. Let the bottle breath and watch it change throughout an evening. Winemaking: 100% whole bunch ferment with eight week skin contact Indigenous yeast & malolactic bacteria Aged in 2 old French oak puncheons and 2 second fill French oak barriques.
