Tasting Notes
Basket Pressed to Stainless Steel and Neutral French oak barriques. A long slow cold ferment thanks to cool ambient temperatures has captured some pretty, bright tropical and citrus fruit aromas and flavours. Early picking has also resulted in the wine maintaining a crisp finish even after completion of full malo fermentation. The oak component has added a hint of spice and warmth to the final blend as well as some body due to the lees being stirred at regular intervals over the first three months. This wine is the ideal partner for light summer salads, shellfish and warm balmy summer nights.
